In this S.K.I.L.L.S assignment, you will find a colorful image of a plant, landscape, flower, or other approved object.
1. Crop the image down by creating a frame (using two L-shaped pieces of paper or your device) to find a composition that you like. The idea is to crop the image so that it becomes simply a combination of lines, shapes, and colors. No recognizable images.
2. Draw and color the image in your sketchbook. You may change the colors if you would like. Make sure to showcase value (shading and mixing), texture, color, and line in your drawings.
